What the company is registered to do
The company's Memorandum of Association, filed with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies, lists the activities it may carry out. Everything Lingerstone does falls within them:
- Making the plaques. Manufacturing and processing goods, including milling each plaque in our workshop (objects 9 and 15).
- Selling worldwide. Retail and trade sales, import and export, in any country (object 9).
- Hosting memorial pages. Building software and apps, and providing web hosting and cloud services (objects 2 and 3).
- The Lingerstone name. Owning and licensing trademarks and designs (object 18).
What we don't do
We are not a financial service. We don't hold money for families or collect donations on memorial pages. You pay only for your plaques and your plan, through Stripe, and nothing else passes through us.
